Our Service | Apply to Skydive
We provide a FREE service for cancer patients and survivors by funding a tandem skydive for them and a companion. The skydive takes place at Skydive Spaceland-Dallas, in Whitewright, Texas, with a licensed tandem instructor.

Friends and family may join us skydiving as a guest. They will pay for their jump but can use our discount.
Currently available in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Requirements
​
Skydive Spaceland

18 years of age

Have a government issued photo ID
-
Weigh less than 265 pounds (people 220 to 265 will be evaluated on jump day to ensure the skydiving harness fits safely)
2 Miles of Smiles

Must be a cancer patient or survivor (does not apply to the companion or a paying guest)

Only 1st time skydivers please (does not apply to the companion or a paying guest)

If currently a cancer patient, we will need a doctor's release, on their letterhead, or a prescription note.

If a cancer survivor, you will need to submit a doctor's note, or EOB as proof of illness.
Waivers Needed On Jump Day

Signed waiver releasing us from any liability.

Signed HIPPA and photo release so we can share your story, video, and pictures of the event on social media.

Sign a waiver of liability for the Drop Zone.
