From a single vision, a legacy soared two miles high—now, we bid farewell to the endless blue skies.

Dear Friends,
After six years of unforgettable leaps, laughter, and life-changing moments, we are writing to share that 2 Miles of Smiles is officially concluding its skydiving events and closing our chapter as an organization.

Our mission was born from the courage, spirit, and unforgettable smile of Seth Darnell as he bravely fought cancer. What began as a single skydive became a movement—one that lifted cancer warriors into the sky and reminded us of the strength and courage within all of us. While we are no longer jumping, Seth’s legacy continues to soar—in the lives we touched and every smile we shared, 2 Miles High.

We’re deeply grateful to everyone who supported our mission—from the incredible cancer warriors who jumped with us and their families who cheered them on, to the volunteers, donors, and partners who made it all possible. A special thank you to John and Denise Darnell for allowing the inspiration Seth gave me to grow into a legacy that honors him. Your support turned a vision into a reality—and that reality brought joy, healing, and hope to so many.

Although 2 Miles of Smiles is coming to a close, the memories we’ve created together will continue to live on in our hearts. We are so proud of what we accomplished together and so honored to have shared this journey with you.
With gratitude and love,
Sharon Bina
Founder, 2 Miles of Smiles
